We use BambuLab X1 Carbon (X1C) 3D printers, all equipped with AMS (Automatic Material System). This makes it possible to switch between up to four different filaments in a single print job, allowing us to deliver models with advanced multi-color or multi-material solutions without manual intervention.

We have nozzles available in sizes 0.2 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm and 0.8 mm. Our standard setup uses 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm nozzles, which provide a good balance between detail, strength and print time. With the 0.2 mm nozzle we can achieve very high levels of detail, with layer thicknesses as low as 0.08 mm. With the 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm nozzles we typically print layers between 0.12 mm and 0.28 mm, depending on the desired result and application. The 0.8 mm nozzle is used for larger, robust parts where speed and strength are prioritized over detail.

We print on PEI (Polyetherimide) plates as standard, and can offer both smooth and textured surfaces. This provides good adhesion during printing and the ability to customize the finish as needed – whether you want a smooth, glossy surface or a more matte and structured finish.

We support a wide range of filament types, including PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU and several specialty materials. With the AMS system, we can also combine different materials in one model, for example, flexible and rigid parts in one print.

Our printers feature automatic calibration and advanced sensor technology to ensure high precision and repeatability in every print, providing reliable results even on complex models.
