Return Policy

All products produced through our service are custom-made from the customer's own 3D models. This means that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, as the products are made uniquely for each customer.

We only offer rental of 3D printers and assistance with the technical aspects of the printing itself. The customer is responsible for the design and quality of the 3D model used. We do not make any changes or quality assurance of the model file itself, and our responsibility is limited to ensuring that the print is produced according to the received model.

We therefore recommend that you as a customer carefully check that the 3D model is correct and suitable for printing before ordering. If errors or deficiencies arise due to the model, we unfortunately cannot offer returns, rework or refunds.
